How it works

Five steps, from topic to report.

Most of the work happens before anyone sits down and after everyone goes home. Book 6 to 12 months ahead, before your program locks.

  1. 01

    Plan the block

We agree the scope with you 6 to 12 months out: how many tables, how many rounds, and where the roundtable block sits in your program and room plan.

  2. 02

    Pick the topics

Your attendees vote in a short topic poll. Weak topics fold and strong ones get a second table. You approve the final list.

  3. 03

    Train the leaders

Your experts and speakers lead most tables. They get two trainings before the event, a one page table script, and a 15 minute flash training onsite.

  4. 04

    Run the tables

Each round runs 30 to 40 minutes with 8 to 10 people per table. One QR code per table captures takeaways and next steps while they are fresh.

  5. 05

    Deliver the report

About 10 days later you get a report organized by topic. Then we debrief with you on what to change next time.
