What our contact form collects
Your name, email, organization, the kind of buyer you are, your event size and your message. Nothing else.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your event. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
We never sell it
We never sell or rent the information you send us, and we do not share it with sponsors.
Who can see it
Only the Round Table People team.
How to ask for deletion
Send us a note through the contact form asking us to delete your details, and we will remove them.
Events we run
When we run roundtables at an event, the organizer's registration explains what is collected and how it is used. Tables are recorded only with clear notice and consent, every round has a table that is not recorded, and anyone can ask to pause. Reports show themes, counts and unnamed quotes, never a group smaller than five people on its own.
Site analytics
We count visits to see which pages are read. We do not use advertising trackers.
Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes with it.
