What you get
Every program includes the same four parts. Nothing here is a promise of something we have not built.

Your own experts and speakers lead most tables. We help you pick them, train them twice before the event and again for 15 minutes onsite, and give every leader a one page table script so each table starts on time and everyone gets to speak.

One QR code per table. Attendees share their main takeaway and one action they plan to take while it is still fresh. Tables are recorded only with clear notice and consent, every round has a table that is not recorded, and anyone can ask to pause.

About 10 days after the event you get a report organized by topic: the themes, how often they came up, and unnamed quotes. No group smaller than five people is ever shown on its own.

After the event, attendees hear back about what their table came up with, sent by you or with their consent, and we sit down with you to agree what to change next time.
