Customer roundtables for software user conferences
At a user conference, some of the most useful conversations happen between customers. They trade workarounds and compare what is working. We run those conversations as roundtables and hand you a report of the themes from the takeaways your customers share at the tables.

Why roundtables fit user conferences
Your customers already want to meet each other. A roundtable gives that a shape: a topic they voted for, a trained leader who keeps it on track, and 30 to 40 minutes with 8 to 10 peers. Afterward your product, customer success and marketing teams read the themes, counts and unnamed quotes from what customers chose to share.
Example topics
These are examples only. Your customers vote on the real list, and you approve it.
- Getting your team to actually use the tool
- Workflows that save the most time
- What you wish you had set up on day one
- Reporting your leadership actually reads
- Connecting it with the rest of your stack
- Running it with a small team
Who does what
- We: run the topic poll, train your table leaders twice before the event and again onsite, provide the table scripts, signage and capture, and write the report.
- You: pick the sessions and topics with us, choose leaders from your team and your customer community, and give the roundtables a place in your agenda.
What you get
- Roundtables inside your event, with topics built around what your customers want to talk about.
- Capture at every table: one QR code per table for each customer's main takeaway and one next step.
- The report: themes, counts and unnamed quotes from those takeaways, about 10 days after the event.
- The report is yours. It is your event and your customers.
See a sample report. It is built from a mock event to show the format.
